Each programme is held on a new and unique interactive interface where learners can access interesting, up to date and engaging learner led resources. These programmes will mainly take place in the classroom environment. Tutors will use the interface to guide learners through each learner led activity. Tutors and learners can also access ‘e’ learning in their own time, either as extension activities to support and challenge learners or as homework. These are available on the REED NCFE Moodle.
Each programme contains:
- Tutor access to the interactive interface and Moodle
- Learner logins for Moodle
- 25 ‘e’ interactive learner resources
- An online assessment challenge
- A scheme or work
- Session plans
- Tutor notes
Based upon research carried out by James Reed in association with Harvard University and our brokerage teams our range of learning programmes are ideally placed to give you a competitive advantage in a difficult jobs market.
All three programmes are very focussed on progression for the learner and each one is blended with both paper based and interactive learner led activities.
We cover topics such as; how to demonstrate mindset to make learners 3 times more likely to get an interview and a job; how to develop a winning CV for Apprenticeships or work experience; how to search for hidden opportunities and; how to demonstrate appropriate behaviour in work.
