We will assess your skills, experience and values to ensure that you are suited to a career at REED NCFE. If you are successful at this stage you will be contacted and invited to the next stage of the process.

Telephone interview with our colleagues at REED in Partnership

This is to assess your suitability for the role and to ensure you have the skills required to join in the success at REED NCFE.

This is more informal than the final stage interview, however we feel this is one of the most important stages in our thorough selection process.

Online Tests

  • 3G Mindset Test
  • Literacy and Numeracy Tests.

If you pass the telephone interview stage of the recruitment process we will require you to complete a credit check, the 3G Mindset test and basic numeracy/literacy tests. These are all carried out online and you will need to successfully pass these in order to progress to the next stage. The 3G Mindset test can be completed within 20 minutes.

The 3G Mindset test is used to help you better understand your preferred working style and can help determine whether or not you would be suited to the work environment at REED NCFE.

Face to face interview

This is the final stage in our process. This will consist of a panel interview with managers from REED NCFE and staff from the academic centre where our team is based. In addition, an in-tray exercise will also be completed on the day.
